By registering for an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickCost is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides restaurant recipe costing, ingredient management, supplier tracking, menu item pricing, and profitability analytics for food service businesses.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Service is offered through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or content
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including recipes, ingredients, supplier information, and menu item details. We do not claim ownership of your content. We store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the property of NOBLERADIANCE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates, which may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOBLERADIANCE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
