1. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with QuickCost for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee:

  • The refund request must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date
  • The request must be submitted via email to communications@quickbiz.pro
  • You must provide your registered email address and order details

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your refund request:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

4. After the Guarantee Period

After the 15-day money-back guarantee period has expired, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Extended service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use the Service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized transactions on your account

5. Cancellation

  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
